For most of the FC Utrecht matches there is a club card obligation. So for a regular visitor of FC Utrecht matches this club card is necessary for the purchase of tickets for matches.

The FC Utrecht club card: your card, but why?
The club card has been brought to life to make it more attractive for you as a spectator. All clubs in professional football have their own club card. With this club card FC Utrecht tries to get to know you and of course all our supporters even better. This way we can anticipate your wishes and demands even better in the future.
What does the FC Utrecht club card offer you?
The most important advantage is that , with this card, you can buy tickets in the presale for all the FC Utrecht matches and of course for all the other matches in professional football too. You can purchase tickets at one of the more than 1,000 sales points of TicketBox throughout the country. There is always a sales point in your neighbourhood where you can purchase a ticket.
The club card gives you the opportunity to buy at least one ticket for FC Utrecht matches (with the exception of high-risk matches). Not later than one week prior to a match (both home and away) you can buy one or more tickets for the match in question.
Lending out your FC Utrecht club card
The FC Utrecht club card is personal. You may lend out your club card, but you are responsible for what happens with the club card. That also applies for the season club card. You can also let someone else visit your club´s home matches with your club card without any problems.
Spur-of-the-moment visit to an FC Utrecht match?
Even if you have not got an FC Utrecht club card, a spur-of-the-moment visit to an FC Utrecht match is possible (with the exception of high-risk matches). At the FC Utrecht stadium cash desks you can complete the FC Utrecht club card form on arrival. The club card is valid for 5 years and is free of charge.

The purchase of an FC Utrecht club card is quite simple. You only need to complete the digital application form, print it and hand in the application form with a copy of your ID-card at the FC Utrecht fan shop, or send it to:

Use of clubcard for high-risk matches
These matches are only open to holders of season cards and clubcards, who purchased a ticket via TicketBox. With each season card one (additional) ticket can be bought. With each clubcard two tickets can be bought. Exception : for the matches against Ajax and Feyenoord only one ticket can be bought with a (season) clubcard. Should a match not be sold out in the presale, then tickets will be sold at the stadium pay desks (with the exception of matches against Ajax and Feyenoord). Three weeks prior to the date of the match the tickets will be sold.
Use of clubcard for medium-risk matches
These matches are open to holders of FC Utrecht season cards and clubcards. They can buy one ticket with a season card and two tickets with a clubcard via TicketBox and via the stadium (on the day of the match). All neutral holders of a (season) clubcard can buy one ticket for FC Utrecht matches. Ratio 1:1. Should a match not be sold out in the presale, then tickets will be sold at the stadium pay desks for all holders of (season) clubcards with the exception of the visiting club (section V remains closed). Three weeks prior to the date of the match the tickets will be sold.
Use of clubcards for low-risk matches
The starting point for a low-risk match is that - in principle - everyone can visit the match. For these matches there is no clubcard obligation and tickets as-many-as-you-like can be bought.
