Opening times service desk 
The service desk is situated in the fanshop, beside the main entrance on the north side of Galgenwaard Stadium. The opening times are the same as the fanshop: from Tuesday until Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturdays the service desk as well as the fanshop is opened from 12.00 a.m. to 4 p.m. On match days the service desk is opened from an hour and a half before the match until the kick-off, and an hour after the match. If necessary, ticket sales take place from cash desk units on the squares around the stadium. On Mondays the service desk and the fanshop are closed.

Use of clubcard at high risk matches 
These matches are only accessible for season ticket holders and FC Utrecht clubcard holders, who have purchased a ticket via TicketBox. Per season ticket, you can purchase one (extra) ticket. Per clubcard you can purchase two tickets. Exception: For the matches versus Ajax and Feyenoord you can only purchase one ticket per (season)clubcard. If the match is not completely sold out in the presale, tickets will be sold at the stadium. Here there is also an exception for the matches against Ajax and Feyenoord. The ticket sales start three weeks before the match.

Use of clubcard at medium risk matches 
These matches are accessible for FC Utrecht season ticket holders and clubcard holders. They can purchase one ticket per season ticket and two tickets per clubcard via TicketBox and via the stadium (on matchday). All neutral (season)clubcard holders can purchase one ticket for FC Utrecht matches, ratio 1:1. If the match is not sold out in the presale, there will be a stadium sale for all (season)clubcard holders with the exception of the visiting club (section V remains closed). The ticket sales start three weeks before the match.

Use of clubcard at matches with no risk 
The basis of a risk free match is that everybody can visit the game. These matches therefore have no clubcard obligation and people can buy as many tickets as they wish.

Ticket sales away games:
Away games are accessible FC Utrecht-away game ticket holders, FC Utrecht-season ticket holders, FC Utrecht-supporters clubcard holders and FC Utrecht-clubcard holders. Per FC Utrecht-clubcard you can buy one ticket for away games. The ticket sales start three weeks before the match via TicketBox. The following order is valid: First day of sale: away game ticket holders and members of the supporters association Week 1: away game ticket holders Week 2: season ticket holders Week 3: (supporters) clubcard holders Per away game it is determined how the transport to the matches is organised (free travel, buscombi or traincombi).
