FC Utrecht and full-service caterer Maison van den Boer, two companies that represent the top within their branch, have formed a team since 2001 in the Galgenwaard stadium, situated in the heart of Utrecht, the centre of the Netherlands.
Ground level
On the ground level of the main building there is a modern multifunctional public catering promenade, equipped with climate control and state-of-the-art equipment. This area, named after the canal that goes straight through the city of Utrecht, offers your guests good facilities for product presentations, festive evenings or fairs. The promenade can be divided into three areas and covers an area of over 700 m2.
1st floor This floor has a number of rooms where the FC Utrecht feeling is abundant. These areas are filled with the smell of grass and combat. They offer your guests the unique opportunity to witness a kick-off, meeting, seminar or presentation in a footballing atmosphere. In total the various areas are suitable for 340 guests.
2nd floor
The home base for the FC Utrecht business club and its guests during matches. In addition this beautifully decorated floor is used for dinners, meetings, receptions, festive evenings and presentations. The various rooms offer a breathtaking view of the skyline of Utrecht and can be dimmed by means of the present red theatre curtains. The Van der Linden room can be split up in a number of soundproof multifunctional meeting rooms. These can also be dimmed and there is also the possibility of dimming the lights in these rooms. The total capacity of the two rooms is over 650 guests per room in the theatre arrangement.
3rd floor
The restaurants and the areas to watch the matches for the executive committee and sponsors of FC Utrecht can be found on this floor. Other than during matches this attractively furnished floor is used for dinners, meetings, receptions and presentations. The various rooms do not only offer a breathtaking view of the skyline of Utrecht but also offer a view of the pitch of the Galgenwaard Stadium. The total amount of m2 on this floor is over 660 m2 and offers space to a total of 450 guests in the theatre arrangement.
4th and 5th floor The 44 skyboxes of FC Utrecht are situated on these floors. Varying in size, furnishing and decoration, each with a view of the pitch. Some of these skyboxes are rented out as personal meeting rooms, boardrooms or reception rooms. Very suitable for receiving a select group of guests, also when a match is not being played.

We are pleased to take all your worries out of your hands. Galgenwaard stadium has state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment at its disposal. Various types of audio-visual equipment can be offered internally. Maison van den Boer also offers a great selection of culinary opportunities in the stadium. We also have a great deal of experience will all sorts of surprising animation acts, background orchestras, top bands, classic ensembles, DJ`s, mobile acts, etcetera. This enables us to advise you well composing a total entertainment concept for your guests. We naturally also take care of all the accompanying services like a stage, stage lighting, spotlights, technical support and meals/dressing rooms for the artists. We also offer other additional issues like menus, table cards, flowers, hostess services, tours of Galgenwaard, FC Utrecht-merchandising and advice on the various hotel accommodations.
